What is Cypress Quill Media?
Cypress Quill Media is the creative home of S.K. Asante — author, podcaster, and maker of practical tools for focused, sustainable living. The catalogue covers books, a podcast, blog essays, and digital planners and templates.
How often is the newsletter sent?
The Cypress Quill Letter usually goes out fortnightly. We never send more than one email per week, and we don't send transactional spam. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
What do I get for subscribing?
New subscribers receive a Free Starter Kit — a short PDF with our most useful frameworks for sleep, focus, and starting habits that stick — plus the regular newsletter, occasional reading recommendations, and early notice of new books and tools.
How do you keep my email address private?
Subscriber data is held by Kit (formerly ConvertKit) under their privacy policy. We never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their own marketing. See the privacy policy for full detail.
How do digital tool downloads work?
All tools are sold via Gumroad and delivered as instant digital downloads. After payment, you receive a download link by email immediately. You can re-download for as long as the product is listed; we recommend backing up to your own storage as well.
Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Due to instant digital access, all sales are final. If anything is broken, unclear, or doesn't work as described, please email hello@cypressquillmedia.com and we will make it right.
Can I share the planner or templates with my team?
The licence is for personal use. Team and organisation licences are available — please email us with the size of the team and the use case for pricing.
Are the books available outside the UK?
Yes. Books are listed on Amazon and Kobo for major English-language markets, and on the relevant local Amazon stores. International availability for paperback editions varies — the book detail page shows current retailer links.
Where can I listen to the podcast?
The Quiet Office is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and most major podcast players. Each episode page also has the player embedded, plus a full transcript.
Can I quote your work?
Yes — short quotations with attribution and a link back to the source are explicitly welcome. For longer excerpts, syndication, or translation, please email media@cypressquillmedia.com.
Can I write a guest post?
We don't accept guest posts — every essay published on the blog is written in-house to keep the voice consistent. Thank you for understanding.
How do I report a correction or error?
We take corrections seriously. If you spot an error in a post, episode, or product — including outdated research — please email hello@cypressquillmedia.com with the link and the issue. We update content when we are wrong.
