Cypress Quill Media is a sole-trader business based in the United Kingdom. Where the term "we" appears below, it refers to Cypress Quill Media.

Use of the site

The Cypress Quill Media name and logo are unregistered trade marks of the business.

Digital products

Digital products (planners, templates, and similar) are sold via Gumroad and delivered as instant digital downloads. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use.
• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share download links with others.
• Team or organisation use requires a separate licence — please email us.
• Due to instant digital access, all sales are final. If something is broken or unclear, contact us and we will make it right.

Books

Books published under the Cypress Quill Press imprint are sold by retailers (e.g. Amazon, Kobo) under their respective terms. We retain copyright in the underlying work.

Newsletter and email

Newsletter subscriptions are delivered by Kit. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by emailing us. We will not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their own marketing.

Editorial content

Essays, podcast episodes, and book content reflect the author's views at the time of publication. We aim for accuracy and update content where errors are identified, but the site is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. See the disclaimer for details.

Third-party links

The site contains links to third-party sites and services. We have no control over the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties.

Limitation of liability
